Artificial Intelligence (AI) for the Road Ahead
In the beginning, we’ll be using AI to better understand your vehicle’s daily charging conventions. Meaning that AI will learn where and when your vehicle will require electrical energy to keep you going! AI will optimize your fully automated wireless power delivery to your vehicle throughout the day, so you don’t have to worry or think about charging again!
We’ll achieve this for you with predictive analytics, whereby AI can be utilized either partially or wholly throughout the day to keep you and your vehicle systems up-to-date and informed as to the road ahead as you traverse or park on top of a Go Power modular vehicle charging roadway or modular vehicle charging parking platforms.
Go Power systems are designed to operate in an (action-response mode), meaning the wireless electrical energy transfer to your vehicle is transmitted from the antennae in the roadway in response to a sensed signal(s) from your vehicle or the roadway while parked, or traversing throughout the roadway charging surface(s), or designated parking waypoints surface(s). When the roadway or your vehicle systems sense any number of signal(s) (an action), they may initiate (a response) of activating one or more antenna(s) of the roadway, or your vehicle to transfer a quantity of electrical energy.
Your vehicle and the roadway systems will also be capable of operating intuitively, using Artificial Intelligence (AI) (predictive mode), whereby one or more system(s) components e.g., control(s) systems, or sensors of your vehicle or the roadway may employ predictive data analysis to predict, in whole or part, which vehicle, or roadway antenna(s) to activate and at which point in time. This predictive analysis may utilize historical data from your vehicle or the roadway, or another parameter. Our AI system(s) may also use your vehicle’s historical data to be employed in less linear situations, such as, for situations where other characteristics of the roadway, your vehicle, traffic, weather, or other aspects can be used to aid in predicting where your vehicle may be on the roadway at what point in time. In one example, the presence of a traffic light signal or stop sign on the roadway can be used to predict that your vehicle will slow down or stop at a certain location on the roadway e.g., at the location just before the traffic light or stop sign. With this fully automated prediction from the AI system, it is possible to activate antenna(s) from your vehicle and the roadway accordingly. Meaning the AI system is capable of communicating with all your vehicle system(s) and roadway systems and any corresponding public-private utility or control infrastructure(s), in that with this simultaneous fully automated communication, it will be possible to predict that your vehicle will have a stop in motion on the roadway, at least momentarily, such that antennae at the roadway location of the vehicle stop can be activated to provide a wireless electrical energy transfer to your vehicle at that precise location. The AI system will also be able to ascertain the quantity of charge based on the time your vehicle is approaching, or stopped, or slowing down, or proceeding throughout the stop sequence or warning light modalities of a stop light, e.g., red, yellow, or green light sequence.
Our AI system(s) will also be capable of other constructs of dynamic prediction, meaning the Artificial Intelligence system can make a real-time, or near-time, or future prediction aiding your vehicles charging systems or other vehicle systems by way of using messaging (information) about upcoming traffic signs, or traffic lights, or physical road configurations such as approaching corners, or forks, or bends, or lanes, or intersections, or entry/exit ramps (type(s)), etc., or other pertinent information, e.g., accident(s), or slowed traffic etc., that may be communicated to your vehicle by way of electronic, or digital systems, or other means or ways while traversing Go Power’s Generation ①™ Smart Roadway, providing imminent, or near future, or future, or pending actions/reactions such that your vehicle or the Smart roadway can activate antennae or system(s) accordingly.
